Right of withdrawal

We offer a 7-day return policy for shipments to Switzerland. This means that you have 7 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unused, clean, complete, unopened, and in its undamaged original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at support@vitahealthcare.ch. Returns are organized through the Planzer online return portal. You’ll find the specific return address on the return label we provide.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to ship the package. Doetsch Grether AG will cover the costs of properly requested returns. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 calendar days if an item is defective or damaged, an item is missing, or you received the wrong item, so that we can investigate and resolve the issue. This time limit does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered goods.

Exceptions and Items Not Eligible for Return

The voluntary return policy generally applies to our entire product range. Opened, used, incomplete, or damaged items, as well as items whose original packaging has been opened or damaged, cannot be returned.

Please contact us at support@vitahealthcare.ch if you have any questions about a specific item. Your statutory rights regarding defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered goods remain unaffected.

Exchanges

Returning the item you received is the fastest way to get the item you want. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the desired item in a separate transaction.

Liechtenstein – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Regardless of the voluntary right of return, consumers with a shipping address in Liechtenstein have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without providing a reason.

The period generally begins on the day you or a third party designated by you—who is not acting as a carrier—received the goods. You must notify us of your withdrawal via the Planzer online returns portal or by email to support@vitahealthcare.ch.

The goods must be returned in accordance with our instructions no later than 14 calendar days after the notice of withdrawal is given. Doetsch Grether AG will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you will receive a refund within 14 days via the payment method used for the order, unless otherwise agreed. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

For voluntary returns, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

In the case of a valid cancellation for a shipment to Liechtenstein, we will also refund the cost of the cheapest standard shipping option offered. We may withhold the refund until we have received the merchandise back or you have provided proof of return.
