Preparation: for one serving, add 30 g (or two slightly heaped tablespoons) to a dry container, add 200 ml milk or skimmed milk and stir with a fork or whisk (or prepare in a shaker).
Recommended intake: drink 1-2 servings of Vita Protein Complex per day as needed or mix the powder into fruit muesli. Ensure sufficient fluid intake. Drink at least 2 litres of fluid (water, unsweetened herbal or fruit tea) throughout the day.
