  • Recommended intake

    One to two times a day, mix 45 g powder (45 g = 2 heaped tablespoons) with 250 ml liquid (water, milk or milk substitute, e.g. almond milk). Use a fork, whisk or shaker to mix. The powder can also be stirred into yoghurt or added to muesli. Important: Drink one to two glasses of water immediately after ingestion and ensure you maintain a sufficient intake of fluids. Drink around two litres of fluid (water, unsweetened herbal or fruit tea) throughout the day.

What are vital substances?

The term vital substances encompasses amino acids, botanicals (phytochemicals), essential fatty acids, minerals, organic sulphur compounds, proteins, trace elements and vitamins. Each Vita preparation is a unique combination, which is optimally supplemented for the respective area of application.

  • Inulin

    This soluble dietary fibre has a prebiotic effect on the microbiome and promotes gut health.

  • Glycine

    This amino acid is involved in many metabolic processes and is often the limiting factor*, e.g. in the synthesis of collagen and protein. (*If it is missing, the body cannot produce certain proteins or enzymes to the full extent, even if all the other building blocks are available.)

  • Chromium

    Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.

  • Taurine

    This amino acid (known from energy drinks) is by no means only invigorating and stimulating, but fulfils many important functions in the body.
