PeptENDURE® collagen hydrolysate (= collagen peptides), creatine monohydrate, glycine, L-arginine HCl, Montmorency sour cherry extract (Cerasus vulgaris Mill., fruit), D-glucosamine sulfate KCl, taurine, flavorings, fruit powder (orange, lemon), acidifier: citric acid, L-carnitine tartrate, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), sodium hyaluronate, coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone), bamboo extract (Bambusa arundinacea, stem), zinc gluconate, sweetener: enzymatically produced steviol glycosides, astaxanthin-rich oleoresin from the algae Haematococcus pluvialis, manganese sulfate, copper citrate, vitamin D (cholecalciferol).

Once a day, mix 27 g of powder (27 g = 2 heaping tablespoons) with 200 ml of water (or prepare it in a shaker) and drink immediately.

For optimal results, take Vita Chondro Sport daily, even on rest days (important). On training days, take it 1–2 hours before your workout. A 3-month loading phase builds up the full potential. From this point on, your training benefits from maximum reserves, ideally timed for competition day. Long-term use is possible. Suitable for ages 12 and up.

Keep out of reach of small children. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. This product is not intended as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not consume if other dietary supplements containing astaxanthin esters are consumed on the same day. The maximum daily intake of astaxanthin for adults is 8 mg.
