Please report any damaged or defective products by email to vita@doetschgrether.ch within 7 calendar days of receipt. We will then arrange for the return on your behalf. If available, you will receive a replacement product. If a replacement cannot be provided, we will refund the purchase price.

Yes. You can return products within the return period, provided they are unused, clean, and unopened. This does not apply to products with a clear manufacturing defect—you can, of course, file a complaint about those.
